The Gilded Pig is my pet gastronomical project. Here I seek to document my culinary exploits. In other words,  the highlights of what I cook and eat. As the name of the blog suggests pork is often an element in my dishes. That being said, I am by no means a strict porketarian (from time to time I venture into porkless and even vegetarian dishes).
